We are looking for a hardworking manufacturing general labourer to join our team.
JOB DUTIES:
Work in warehouses and manufacturing areas by rotating job tasks.
Physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various positions.
Ability to do repetitive work inside a warehouse for General Labour roles.
Assembling components using hand tools (i.e. air gun, hammer, screwdrivers, knives, etc.).
Run small presses (Air - Hydraulic).
Detecting quality concerns.
Follow any fixture instructions and use simple measuring equipment.
Clean work areas and equipment.
Wear PPE, safety goggles, steel-toed boots, ear protection and dust mask.
REQUIREMENTS:
The ability to work well in a team.
Minimum 1 year of related experience
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Knowledge about materials, manufacturing and machining including tool measuring and reading.
Understanding of safety measures of ‘The Ontario Health and Safety Act’ and ‘WHMIS’.
