Job Description:
We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. It is a full-time position (35 hours/week), $54/hour, paid on a semi-monthly basis with 10 days of paid vacation. Job duties:
- Plan, direct and coordinate and oversee the sales activities;
- Develop and implement the sales plan and support the achievement of the plan;
- Set up promotional strategy and lead the activities;
- Organize sales operation and manage the operating budgets;
- Oversee and analyze ongoing sales, promotions, trends and adjust strategy accordingly;
- Recruit, supervise and train sales representatives to improve the performance;
- Drive all sales representative to achieve profitability and sales goals;
- Monitor and ensure the service and prices are competitive;
- Work with management team on marketing strategic plan when launching of new products;
- Maintain relationships with clients and business partner and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Prepare sales reports to general manager.
Job requirements:
- College diploma in business or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Language of work: Ability to communicate in English is required;
