Eco Care Constructions Inc. located in Abbotsford; BC requires 2 landscaping supervisors with minimum high school. Applicant should also have diploma/degree in related field or 1 year to 2 years of experience. Pay will be $29.00 per hour. This is a full-time position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week.
Following are the job duties:
• Supervise crews onsite, follow maintenance schedule and ensure quality control.
• Plan and estimate material and labor requirements for individual contracts.
• Oversee and assist in the planting, trimming, and maintaining of all ornamental trees, shrubs, flowers, lawns, and hardscape features.
• Assign duties to the workers and supervise their finished jobs.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate with landscaping teams.
• Resolve any work-related issues.
• Evaluate and report on employee performance.
• Train and mentor employees in the areas of plants, grasses, fertilizers, and regular maintenance.
