Job Duties
Oversee and motivate a high-performance Production Team
Organize, supervise, review, and direct the activities of bread production while ensuring overall quality and efficiency to achieve production plan.
Assist with scheduling of staff.
Coordinates and directs team members’ assignments for the shift.
Ensure the integrity of products is maintained through following established procedures
Communicate and follows up any changes in product or production methods to production staff.
Provide input and suggestions for improving operational performance.
Ensure all staff adheres to all regulations and policies.
