Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.
• Collaborate with other department heads and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives and projects that support operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and secure IT infrastructure, including Apps, webs, network systems, marketing automation software and CRM solutions.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of all IT systems, applications, and services, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards, data security regulations, and company requirements.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's IT landscape.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, forecasting future needs and optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI.
• Continuously assess and improve IT processes and workflows, driving operational efficiencies and enhancing user experience
Requirements
• Language: English
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience (2-3 years)
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of IT professionals
• A passion for innovation and staying ahead of technological advancements in the IT industry
