Job Description
Job Title: Spa Supervisor
Term of Employment: Permanent/Full Time/ 30-40 hours per week
Compensation: $23.95 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours per week
Working Conditions: Job involves Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, weekends, on call, and holiday work.
Education: Applicant must have completed secondary school or equivalent experience
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Ability to Supervise: 3 to 4 people
Languages: English
Start Date: As soon as possible
Specific skills:
Assist clients/guests with special needs, establish work schedules and procedures, Handle emergency situations, oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items, Prepare and submit progress and other reports, Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, Resolve work related problems, Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies, facials
