Galaxy Auto has been developing smoothly in recent years, particularly in the E-commerce sector. This has prompted us to invest more resources in enhancing our overall IT system to match our business expansion. Consequently, we are in need of a Software Developer, someone with the capability, innovation, and passion to improve the efficiency and functionality of our software and operating system. The successful candidate will be expected to work 40 hours per week with an annual salary of $97,760. The job duties and requirements for this position are listed below:
• Engage in the continuous research, testing, assessment, and analysis of new software features to ensure alignment with industry standards, company development strategies, and business policies; Utilize CI/CD processes and testing methodologies to enhance software reliability and performance.
• Evaluate the performance of software, develop modification or installation plans to ensure seamless integration with operating systems;
• Assess modifications to software components, evaluate their impact on the overall system operation and potential for causing bugs in other software.
• Gather requirements from various platforms and systems, then design, develop, troubleshoot, or adjust software codes with a focus on distributed system design. Subsequently, collect users’ feedback to iterate on software improvements.
• Monitor the operation of software and systems, conducting reports and present findings during meetings to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide expert assistance in troubleshooting technical issues, showcasing strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence in software development.
• Document all upgrades, replacements, and changes to software systems, and develop new or updating existing manuals and maintenance procedures;
• Assist the supervisor in creating and executing software development plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or related fields is required, higher education level is preferred.
• Experience in software engineering or development is required.
• Experience in CI/CD process and platforms building will be an asset.
