  Description :  
• Job Duties:
o Oversee, coordinate, and implement client funding programs (including but not limited to March of Dimes Canada, Ceridian Care, and ODSP).
o Manage client relationships.
o Spearhead the management and administration of specialized funding programs aimed at supporting low-income individuals with disabilities.
o Conduct thorough assessment of clients to determine eligibility for a funding program, considering income levels, disability status, and other relevant criteria.
o Provide personalized guidance and advisory services to clients, offering insights into the funding application process and ensuring a clear understanding of program requirements, and complete application submission.
o Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures related to funding applications, and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
o Establish work priorities, work with the clients and team to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
o Perform some marketing work to attract new clients.
o Conduct follow-ups with clients and implement any necessary adjustments.
o Meet with occupational therapists, and barrier free design counselors to facilitate meeting the clients requirements.
o May be required to travel to a clients home within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for consultations.
o Other administrative duties as required.

• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time (32-40 hours/week)
• Language of Work: English
• Wage: $27- 30/hour

• Skills Requirements:
o Completion of High School, diploma in related field or work experience in lieu
o 2+ years of experience in administration, funding program applications
o 2+ years of experience in client services
o 2+ years of experience working with people with disabilities.

o Good phone manners
o Customer service
o Administrative skills
o Organization Skills
o Experience working with organizations like March of Dimes Canada, Ceridian Care, and ODSP
