Job Description:
We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team. It is a full-time position (30 to 40 hours/week), $95/hour, paid on a semi-monthly basis with 10 days of paid vacation. Job duties:
- Develop and implement the company's technology strategy
- Lead technology teams in their day-to-day operations, supervise heads of departments, and setting performance goals
- Authorize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Select and delegate authority to executive staff
- Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions
- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
Job requirements:
- A university degree in business administration, computer science, information systems or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience;
- Strong leadership skills to manage multiple departments and teams
- Language of work: Ability to communicate in English is required;
