Your Role:
As a marketing coordinator, you will:
• Examine the content for promotion, developing tailored marketing and advertising strategies that align with Wok Box’s offerings.
• Provide advice on marketing opportunities, advertising channels, and promotional offers.
• Create plans and corresponding content for marketing campaigns and oversee the execution.
• Analyze the outcomes of promotional efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Monitor social media accounts, summarize market trends, and attend to customer feedback.
• Ensure the website content aligns with the brand image and provides relevant information.
• Communicate updates of initiatives and policies to customers, employees, and the general public.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Develop promotional campaigns such as discounts, rewards, contests, or seasonal promotions to incentivize customers.
• Facilitate the preparation of promotional content such as newsletters, and social-media posts, ensuring consistency with Wok Box’s visual identity.
• Work with food bloggers and influencers to generate publicity and coverage for the Wok Box's special events and promotions.
What We're Looking For:
• A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ year of prior experience in a related position
Location: St John's, NL, Canada
Salary: $28/hour for a 40-hour work week
