Café Landwer Major is looking for One (1) Kitchen Supervisor to perform the following duties:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of kitchen staff
• Estimate and order ingredients, supplies and materials from suppliers
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure kitchen operation is running smoothly
• Organizing the environment Maintaining cleanliness, Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Terms of Employment:
• Salary: $28.55 per hour; 44 hours per week (holidays, weekends, evenings)
• Permanent, Full-Time
• Start date: immediately
Skills Requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: no education required
• Experience: minimum 6 months of experience in commercial food preparation; Punctual, Strong communication skills, Keep up with changes in the menu
