Heavy -Duty Equipment Technician - Duane's Trucking Ltd
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team.
Job Duties:
As a Heavy Equipment Technician, your primary responsibilities will include the following:
Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
Diagnose faults or malfunctions (mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues) using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required; ensuring that trucks meet safety and operational standards
Efficient disassembly of old trucks, identifying salvageable parts
Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications
Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work
Perform repair work on heavy trucks
Executing necessary repairs on other vehicles
Job Requirements:

Salary/Hours: $39.47 hourly / 40 hours per week
Type of Employment: Permanent
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Working Hours: 08:30 to 17:00
