Leader Motel Ltd. is currently looking for a Motel Manager. The salary will be $35.00 per hour. Applicant to have university/college diploma or degree. Applicants should be fluent in English. Applicants with one year experience, are preferred. This is a full-time position. We will also consider applicants who are willing to work part time for this position. Some of the job duties are as below:
- Implement the policies and procedures for staff and customers
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenue and expenses
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies
- Manage front desk operations
- Resolve customer complaints
- Order and negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
- Recruit and train new staff and set work schedules
