Overall operation of the restaurant.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of staff
- Ensure food and service meet standards
- Maintain record of inventory and order raw food and supplies as required
- Train new hired in job duties and sanitation
- Prepare work schedule and procedures
- Responsible for handling special catering events
- May participate in the hiring of crew members and assist in the development of policies,
procedures, and budgets.
