What youll do:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the C-Store Manager will play a key role in providing leadership and guidance in supporting the overall business objectives of the department.  As a hands-on leader, the manager will work along side with team members to deliver exceptional service and value to our customers.  Additional responsibilities include:

    Support achievement of established sale targets and margins.
    Order confectionary merchandise.
    Lead marketing and promotional efforts.
    Support a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
    Complete employee training, scheduling, time management.
    OHS Supervision and Safety course required
    Complete safety training as required.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:
    You have a Grade 12 Diploma
    You have 1  2 years experience in a supervisory role and leading others
    Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
    You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
    Previous retail supervisory experience is considered an asset
