Applications are invited for a tenure-track faculty position at the Instructor level. A strong commitment to teaching and service is required, with a preference for individuals with industrial experience. The successful candidate must have the ability and enthusiasm to teach both undergraduate and graduate courses in power systems (ENEL 371/ENEL 472/ENEL 473) and in support of core electronic systems topics (ENEL 280/ENEL 281/ENEL 282/ENEL 383/ENEL 384). Support of and involvement in power systems labs and managing student design projects in the power protection area are requirements. A valued characteristic is the successful candidate's ability to work in a team environment within the Electronic Systems Engineering program. The ability to build relationships with industry contacts in the power systems field is an asset.
Applicants should have a Bachelor of Applied Science degree or equivalent in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a closely related field. They should also have the appropriate credentials for registration as a Professional Engineer in Saskatchewan. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled.
