We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting our accounting department by performing various administrative and clerical tasks.
Job Duties
Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software such as Microsoft Excel
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Receiving and recording cash and cheques
Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
Managing transactions for cash and cheques with banks
Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
