Description

The manager, human resource systems and reporting provides services and support to clients including HR data management and governance, reporting, statistics and metrics for critical talent decisions, oversees HR operational processes and administration, and tackles projects targeted at the improvement of our services and the full and effective use of our enterprise technology. Using data as a key component of our operational and strategic environment, the ability to provide clear, compelling and transformational information to support our organization is a priority of this role.

The manager is responsible for managing the utilization and optimization of Saskatchewan Polytechnics human resource information systems and providing leadership and guidance to our human resource division on systems and data-stewardship issues. This position maintains a lead role in the implementation, integration and continuous improvement of a number of HR business solutions and projects. Data stewardship and data reporting are key deliverables of this position and along with the coordination of human resource strategies and projects with focus on HR data, systems and reporting. As we continue to grow in our use and understanding of HR analytics as a service to the organization, the manager will take pride in advancing our HR analytics framework.
