Job Duties:
• Supervise store activities.
• Handle online orders.
• Supervise front desk area and staff.
• May perform cashier and front desk job duties.
• May perform customer service duties.
• Responsible to open and close the store.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies.
• Handle clients and on duty staff complaints or issues
• Update staff with new policies of the company.
• Schedule cleaning staff and ensure hygienic environment in store.
• Ensure safety measures are followed by clients and staff.
Job Requirement:
- Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of related work experience or retail sales experience is required.
Benefits:
- As per employment standards act; 10 days paid vacation; Overtime after 40 hours per week.
