<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Position: Office Administrator</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>The Office Administrator oversees operations within the organization's office, ensuring efficiency, smooth day-to-day functioning. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, providing support to other staff members. The successful candidate will play a role in maintaining a well-organized and productive office environment.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>1.Coordinate Office Activities</strong>:</p><p>o Ensure efficient office operations by coordinating tasks and activities.</p><p><strong>2.Bookkeeping:</strong></p><p>o Proficiency in Simply Accounting- Sage 50 Premium Accounting</p><p>o Handle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.</p><p>o Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment</p><p>o Prepare Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) monthly and quarterly reports.</p><p>o Handle Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) reporting.</p><p><strong>3.Order Management and Communication:</strong></p><p>o Process order entries and follow up with manufacturers for delivery status and order acknowledgments.</p><p>o Manage shipping and receiving of orders.</p><p>o Handle customer invoicing and collections.</p><p>4. <strong>Record Keeping and Reporting:</strong></p><p>o Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other relevant data.</p><p>o Prepare timely reports and assist with presentations or proposals as assigned.</p><p>5. <strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><p>o Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a relevant role.</p><p>o Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.</p><p>o Excellent organizational and leadership skills</p><p>o Excellent knowledge of MS Office</p><p>6. <strong>Personal Attributes:</strong></p><p>o Self-motivated and trustworthy.</p><p>o Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</p><p>o Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.</p><p><strong>Start Date:</strong></p><p>June 17th, 2024.</p><p>Company Culture:</p><p>The successful candidate will find an enjoyable and rewarding environment that supports growth and development.</p></div></div>
