Position Description

Reporting directly to the company's president, this position will work closely with the executive team and manage administrative staff. Candidate must be highly organized and efficient, with exceptional time management skills. The perfect candidate must be able to work under pressure and possess the ability to multitask.


Responsibilities:

? Assisting the president with daily administrative duties and completing a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
Communicating with general staff on behalf of president and coordinating logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinating meetings and strategic activities with RCIC team, sales and marketing, case processing team, IT and Administration team.
Administratively supports functional director (recruiting support, documents formatting, and other administrative tasks), drafts emails and other correspondence as directed.
Offering strategic foresight to company growth.
Implementing efficient administrative systems.
High level of communication to operate and lead within company.


Qualifications
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a must have.
Sufficient knowledge in Chinese immigration market
Bachelor’s degree in administration is asset
MS Office proficiency
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Up-to-date with latest office technology and applications
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Valid Driver’s License
Must be available for international travel
Has 3+ years of related work experience
