Wivi Global Trading Incorporated mainly engages in vehicle trading. After years of development, we have expanded our business to chemical importing and exporting. We are now urgently looking for an experienced and passionate Risk Control Officer to join our team and bring in fresh energy and business wisdom to minimize investment risks and increase our business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Gather current and past financial data including investment, income statements, cash flow, budgets and expenditures etc. for risk control evaluation.
2.Identify potential risk factors such as exchange rate, interest, transport costs, change of political situations, tariff barriers and natural disasters etc. and plan short- to long-term cash flow for the corresponding circumstances.
3.Analyze the company’s financial portfolios, assets, debts and liabilities, and provide recommendations accordingly to the senior management team for decision.
4.Evaluate new investment opportunities in international vehicle wholesales and chemical products and materials trading, and assist the company to optimize profitability and minimize risks and losses.
5.Use different financial and risk management metrics, tools, and methodologies to develop a risk assessment model that can determine the best practice and classify projects into different risk levels.
6.Compile statistical financial data and risk analysis, prepare operating and capital budget submissions, generate reports and maintain records on a regular basis.
7.Stay up to date with the competitors, industry trends and economic impacts and provide suggestions on trading volumes, capital movements, budget, and future demand forecasting etc..
8.Monitor the status of the investments and financial projects by analyzing risks, liquidity ratios, and ROIC (return on invested capital) to identify issues and opportunities to optimize the company’s profit.

Desired Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

1.A bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, finance, economics, international business management or a related discipline.
2.3 - 5 years of working experience in financial management and risk control or related fields.
3.Former experience in international trade and foreign exchange transactions is an asset.
4.Excellent analytical skills in financial data, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
