Job Duties:
• Sell ICBC auto plan insurance, home insurance, business insurance, health, life and other types of insurances to clients.
• Ensure customers understand the terms and the extent of the cover provided.
• Calculate insurance premiums for clients, and establish their insurance coverage.
• Help customers make changes to their policies and ensuring the coverage they have still meets their needs.
• Establish payment method and handle payment collections.
• Respond to client’s enquiries.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school education is required.
• Knowledge of English language is required.
• Provincial or territorial insurance license
• Knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi will be an asset.
• Be able to provide utmost satisfaction to the customers.
