Panorama Immigration Service Ltd. is a licensed immigration services company, providing legal consulting and services regarding immigration, study permit, work permit, family sponsorship, investor immigration application, etc. We are a good standing member of Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). We are also a member of The Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

To help new immigrants start their new life, we also provide settlement services such as finding an apartment, helping children enrollment at primary and secondary school, application for a health card, SIN and driver license, etc.
We also partner with universities and ESL institutes to provide admission services, such as assessing international students’ qualifications, explaining admission requirements, preparing application documents and submitting application, etc.

To promote immigration programs and policy, we partner with some media and websites such as, We write articles of the newest immigration program introduction and analysis, existing program performance evaluation, etc. Our articles are all fact-based because we collect data from IRCC, Statistics Canada and other federal or provincial departments.

We are now looking for an immigration policy analyst. The candidate will be able to effectively manage multiple tasks, in large volume, in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position and the work location is our Halifax office.

Job Duties and Responsibilities in Brief:

1. Research and evaluate federal and provincial immigration programs
2. Contact IRCC or other government authority departments by phone or email to confirm information or data
3. Collect economic, demographic data from reliable sources
4. Use statistic skills to analyze immigration data and present results
5. Keep up to date on immigration information or news from the government and official news websites
6. Write articles regarding various immigration programs for media
7. Attend seminars or conferences organized by government or other organizations
8. Prepare and organize immigration information sessions on behalf of our company to the public and international students
9. Receive client’s inquiries in person or by phone and document their questions for their visa, work permit or permanent resident application and forward questions to licensed consultant

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree of economics, business is a minimum
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong report writing and presentation skills
• The ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skills)
