We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team based out of Markham Ontario. Our Administrative Assistants at assist our project teams in the development of our subcontractor network and in the delivery of various projects for our clients.

This role involves a high level of administrative support, scheduling, coordinating, and multitasking, to support management and ensure efficient project delivery.

The successful Administrative Assistant will participate is a variety of Administrative Tasks to support Project Coordinators and Managers on project requirements.


• Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of Project Coordinators and Managers, on underground locator projects;
• Schedule and coordinate underground locating verification activities;
• Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related materials as required;
• Manage reports in a timely manner and input data into systems;
• Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages as required;
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as required;
• Organize conferences and prepare meeting minutes;
• Document and log staff/safety meeting minutes;
• Arrange travel schedules and make reservations as needed;
• Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations;
• Greet and direct visitors to appropriate person(s);
• Post regular updates on website;
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory;


The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant (required);
• Must have a University or College degree in Human Resources, Administration or related field (required);
• Ability to interact with people effectively and in a professional manner;
• Call Center experiences will be an asset;
• A people’s person, have multitasking skills, and ready to take challenges;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
• Must be proficient with computers, especially Microsoft Office Suite (required);
