Employment opportunity for Office Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time; permanent
Wages: $25.00 per hour, 40 hours of work per week
Start date: As soon as possible

• Develop, review, evaluate and implement administrative procedures in compliance with our company’s strategic goals, policies, procedures, budgets, deadlines, and other related requirements.
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities
• Co-ordinate and plan for services
• Train, mentor, supervise, and discipline staff
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures ensuring the overall efficiency of daily operations by monitoring day-to-day workflow and delegating tasks accordingly among staff
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain human resources and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence; review reports on incidents and breaches

• Completion of Secondary school education is required
• A university degree or college diploma in business or administration is an asset.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Hands on experience with office machines
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

As per BC Employment Standards Act, overtime after 40 hours of work per week , 10 days of paid vacation in a year.
Relocation support can be provided.
