 Description  : • Job duties:
Oversee all aspects of the operations of beauty, health and wellness of the store including:
o Maintain a well-developed knowledge of the services offered and the products being sold;
o Plan and implement working schedule for employees;
o Hire, train and monitor need staff;
o Make sure all the equipment in good working condition, including POS systems and spa booking software.
o Lead by example and create an environment within the team that rewards and recognizes the demonstration of core values in day-to-day operation of the business
o Deal with clients’ complaints and solve the problem of daily operation.
o Manage local shop’s budget and inventory, keep plenty of product and supply;
o Manage contracts for purchasing products and services;
o Implement policies and procedures for existing employees;
• Experience: 5 years of health & beauty area work experience, at least 3 years of management experience in the related fields of the business.
• Work Setting: Beauty shop or aesthetic service
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking
• Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people
