Job Duties
• Support the company’s strategic decision-making process by providing analysis, advice and recommendations in a timely fashion
• Gather and synthesize data into meaningful metrics; Interpret and convey results to upper management that include a full viability analysis and in-depth risk analysis
• Take the lead role in the development, compilation and review of annual and multi-year budgets, and period ending reporting
• Develop key performance indicator tools in order to help support financial stability and provide a measurement of key business drivers that can impact operations
• Periodically review operational and financial performance processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement. Compile and present recommendations to upper management
• Provide support for monthly forecasting in order to ensure current financial information is built into consolidated forecasts
• Monitor financial flow, stability and status in order to assess risks and prevent potential problems or shortcomings
• Monitor the income-to-debt ratio in order to maintain viability and ensure debt is being processed proficiently enough to protect company’s credit standing
• Assess historical and trending financial performance in order to provide support for long and short-term forecasts and goal setting
• Review incoming wholesale credit application, assess risk, and make recommendations to upper management accordingly
