With the goal to support long-term business development and accomplish sales achievement, we are looking for an experienced Vice President of Purchasing and Sales to join the team. It is a critical leadership role that impacts our short & long-term growth with overall responsibility for enhancing current company management and operation performance, developing cross-functional services, leading purchasing cost reduction initiatives and sales improvement projects, and maintaining client and vendor relationships.

Job Duties:
Strategic Planning and Implementation
• Lead, assess and adjust current company strategies to align with the long-term goals; implement operation procedures including administrative policies, operational plans, communication models, etc.
• Engage purchasing and sales cross-functional coordination including the integration of internal and external human resources, vendors and suppliers, and distribution channels
• Plan and manage overall purchase related reporting, budgeting and budget controlling, approving purchase invoices
• Plan and implement continuous sales improvement strategies and purchasing cost reduction initiatives
• Lead the generation of vendor file reports as they relate to cost, quantity, quality and specifications
Enhance Management Performance
• Provide timely and valued decision support and analysis with the purpose to enhance sales growth and company management performance
• Responsible for ongoing business model development to support vendor and sales channel expansion and evaluate overall business performance(KPI) to ensure clear timelines and accountabilities
• Provide constructive leadership and create a positive company culture to engage all internal staff through effective and consistent communication with transparency
• Lead, develop and maintain ongoing positive public working relationships with key clients and vendors including purchase costing, quality, contract, sales price, and other related metrics to ensure maximum utilization

• A bachelor’s degree in business or operation management, economics, marketing is a must
• More than 5 years of senior management level work experience is a must; relative work experience involving purchasing and sales for IT products, digital accessories, and electronic components is strongly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, business analysis, strategic planning, and operation management
• Familiarity with diverse business functions including product purchasing, marketing and sales, and public relations
• An entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrable organization, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly, and handle both internal and external conflicts effectively
• Enthusiasm to embrace challenges, a high sense of accountability, and the ability to work under stress
