With the goal to support long-term business development and accomplish sales achievement, we are looking for an experienced Vice President, Sales and Marketing to join the team. It is a critical leadership role that impacts our short & long-term growth with overall responsibility for establishing a new business consulting division that meets our customer needs for different industries to develop and implement their Sales & Marketing strategies and goals. This role is also in charge of improving cross-functional operations and maintaining client relationships to meet PlayHeads’ financial targets.

Job Duties:
• Strategy & Policy – Plan and implement long-term sales & marketing strategies and operational policies, improve procedures, tools and policies that facilitate the delivery of PlayHeads’ products and services;
• Organizational Effectiveness – Develop work-flow plans and align resources to best practice company policies, engage effective external communications and internal cross-functional coordination;
• Business Consulting Division – Responsible for the establishment and operation of the new business consulting division; Integrate existing graphic designing and branding businesses to generate professional business consulting service that meets short-term & long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty;
• Consultation Management – Oversee the development of key commercial contracts and define negotiating frameworks for price and terms of services; Direct the pre-contract consultation activities to effectively collect customer’s business information, provide post-contract recommendations to analyze their business needs and approve the final consultation reports;
• Sales & Marketing Action Plans – Integrate internal and external resources to ensure PlayHeads’ own sales & marketing programs to promote the new business consulting services are effectively developed and implemented, and meet defined goals for customer satisfaction and profitability;
• Leadership & People Development – Hire and coach individuals and teams within the new division and affiliated divisions to evaluate performance, enhance communication and develop business consultation skills;
• Public Relationships – Represent the company to develop and maintain ongoing positive working relationships with key clients, business partners and corporate organizations from different industries while identifying new business opportunities.

• A bachelor’s degree is required;
• More than 3 years of work experience in an executive management role is a must; preferably experience in business consulting, marketing or sales at senior level for various business industries;
• In-depth familiarity with diverse types of business models and their business needs including restaurants, retails, construction developers, etc.;
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate governance, business analysis, strategic planning, and performance management;
• An entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrable organization, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly, and handle both internal and external conflicts effectively;
• Enthusiasm to embrace challenges, a high sense of accountability, and the ability to work under stress.
