Job Description:
• Provide administrative support to the staff team and ensure that administrative matters are organized and dealt with in a professional manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, answer telephone and electronic enquiries.
• Greet visitors and clients.
• Monitor the emails, mail and telephone messages and direct it to concern persons.
• Manage time and attendance records of the repair team for payroll
• Prepare and modify documents including Invoices, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
• Follow up with clients on accounts payable
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Assist in maintaining office supply inventory.
