Job duties

-Develop a strong brand for the company through networking and sales pitches
-Establish organizational policies and procedures for all sales operations
-Conduct outreach efforts to secure new clients
-Form strategic plans to acquire new contracts and expand the business
-Build relationships with existing clients and prospect for new clients
-Understand the business’s previous work, current projects, and future goals
-Prepare proposals for potential clients to secure new contracts
-Negotiate the terms of contracts with clients
-Recruit, organize, train and manage staff if needed

Requirements

-A university degree or college diploma in business or in a related field with a specialization in sales
-3-4 years of experience in Sales
-English as a language

Compensation

-Wage: $35.50/hour
-Benefits: 4% vacation pay
