Localcoin seeks to inspire the future of digital currency globally as the largest bitcoin network in Canada. We are now looking for a passionate and highly organized individual to join our Financial team as the Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Expand and strengthen the client base and relationships, identify and develop bitcoin trade business based on clients' needs;
- Analyze background transaction data, and provide specific bitcoin investment advice to different clients;
- Guide customers to bitcoin trade, track the status to ensure that the transaction is successful;
- Monitor the client's account and determine if changes as needed to ensure its profitability;
- Lead customer service representatives to respond to customer enquiries about bitcoin transaction options and potential risks;
- Contact VIP customers regularly and ask for their feedback to improve service quality;
- Work with the Sales team to help to expand the business and attract new clients;
- Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, practices and related investment products;
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes to ensure the satisfaction and retention of existing customers;
- Provide training to customer service representatives on new policies and procedures and supervise their daily work;
- Report to the director and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, commerce or economics or a related field is required.
- At least five years'experience as an Account Manager in the financial services sector.
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills in English.
- Excellent listening, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Strong leadership with developed collaborative interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Solid understanding of the financial trade market.
- Ability to lead a team of 1-3 people.
