Duties :
Busy Auto Service Shop is looking for an experienced Office Administrator who would like to become an asset to our company on a long term basis. Duties include:

• Provides administrative support & work closely with the general manager.
• Co-ordinate and supervise the staff by reviewing, improving, and implementing current and new administrative procedures; as well as maintaining policy manuals
• Establish and implement new initiatives and set work priorities.
• Establish work standards and make sure that deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
• Responsible for day to day activities of the office.
• Checking and fixing administration-related problems and co-ordinate with the responsible person.
• May prepare and proofread correspondence, invoice, and other related material – both manual and electronic.
• Check incoming regular and electronic mails and coordinate with the team.
• Receive and handle requests or questions from clients and relay the information to the concerned department through telephone, mail, or email, as needed.
• Supervise and train new office staff regarding the department’s procedures and how to use the software and management information system
• Addressing and resolving complaints and concerns promptly.
• Providing services and assistance to the organization

Wages: $ 24.00/hr. for 40 hrs/ week
Location of work: Toronto, ON

Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary Education required.
• Completion of a diploma or degree related to office administration is an asset.
• At least 1 year experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is required.
• Background knowledge in the auto service industry is an asset, but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be organized, reliable and have keen attention to detail
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
