Duties and Responsibilities
• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in retail, wholesale and commercial and other establishments
• Organize regional and territory sales and other marketing promotions and operations
• Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
• Determine strategic planning and viable marketing approach related to new product lines
• Lead sales team in building strong relationships with business clients, vendors and other stakeholder; and manage negotiations of sales contracts
• Manage sales team, recruit and train sales staff, and oversee and ensure sales staff is diligently providing information regarding products, sales status and account inquiries
• Conduct performance review of the regional, territory and overall corporate sales status and implement appropriate sales strategies for improvement
• Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in business, finance or economy or related fields
• Minimum 3 years’ of directly related experience in sales management at the regional or corporate level
• Excellent planning, organizational and financial skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Ability to work under stress and meet sales target
• Be willing to work overtime and in different time zones when required
• Willing to travel, and willing to travel cross-border
• Experiences or education in e-commerce will be an asset
• Other language skills will be an asset
