Experience: Previous related work experience and/or education will be an asset. Training will be provided to the right candidate. Wages will be decided at the interview based on previous relevant work experience and/or education

Education: Completion of a 1 year to 2 year college program in the field of business/commerce/general administration is an asset

Job Description:
- Ensuring smooth flow of information by efficiently handling mails and emails
- Establishing office procedures and ensuring adherence to those
- Assisting co-workers in office work like compiling information, managing and filing relevant paperwork
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, conferences with clients and other companies/stake holders. Keeping proper records of the proceedings
- Responding to the emails and other correspondence, forwarding the correspondence to other co-workers
- Meet visitors in the office, identify the purpose of their visit and direct them appropriately
- Answering phone calls, E-mails and in-person inquiry
- Managing office supplies and other inventory
- Creating and managing files and company records
- Compiling information and prepare various reports as required by the management
- Scanning, printing, photocopying documents and maintaining the company database for the same
- Regularly using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel etc.) to efficiently perform the job duties
