• Completion of a college diploma or degree; program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset
• Minimum 1 year of experience as supervisor in food industry
• Effective time management skills, working with others, problem solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work on all shifts (evening & weekend)
• Work with the manager to plan, organize and evaluate the operations of restaurant

• Implement branded promotional campaigns from head office, including the handling of point-of-sale promotional materials
