“1097233 BC Ltd” a transportation company is looking for Five (05) full-time, permanent Long-Haul Truck Drivers (NOC 7411/7511)

Requirements:
Completion of High School is required.
No experience required. On job training will be provided.
Basic English
Must have Class 1, A or equivalent Driver's License, or eligible to obtain the one. Air Brake Endorsement(Z) is required.
Wages: $25.50/hour for 50 hrs/week + 4% Vacation pay
Overtime: $38.25/hour after every 60 hours per week.
Job Location: Various locations all over Canada and USA with business based at 32096 Balfour Drive, Abbotsford, BC – V2T 5C2
Duties:
- Able operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- Load and unload goods
- Record cargo information
- Log hours, travel distance and fuel consumption via logbook
- Oversee condition of vehicle, inspect tires, lights, breaks and other equipment
- Perform routine pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspection of vehicle
- Pre-plan route for efficiency
- Keep dispatcher informed and advised of any delays for shipment
- Need to perform roadside repair when required.
Other Conditions:
- Able to drive independently or two-person team.
- Candidate must be legally entitling to work in Canada
- Must be willing to drive for long hours.
