 Description  : Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review ad verify financial documents and forms;
• Examine and verify accuracy of accounting work (routine payments, payable/receivable, credits and other transactions);
• Assemble data and prepare quarterly and annual accounting reports
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit accounting/financial report;
• Review company budget reports and prepare annual budgets;
• Assist in day to day bookkeeping/accounting functions;
• Establish accounting policies and procedure, aligned with company’s targets;
• Establish and maintain close relations with local banking officials, and conduct negotiations concerning exchange rates and financial services.
• Determines spending patterns and complies a draft budget for review by managers;
• Submits requests for budget adjustments, maintain running accounts and other fiscal documents and reports;
• Assist managers in program decision-making and planning by analyzing financial aspects of various programs so that managers can determine the best use of limited resources.
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems and equipment, ensuring compatibility with requirements of the other departments, and that it meets user needs for accurate, timely financial data and processing.
• May train and supervise other staffs who provide continuity to the accounting and financial work done overseas and domestically.
• Establish controls, using policy guidelines and generally accepted accounting standards, for the prevention of waste, fraud and mismanagement.

Employment requirements:
• At least 5 years proven experience assessing risk, mitigating risk, contract review in banks or financial institutions;
• Business discipline with customer service experience and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of and ability to utilize principles, methods, techniques and systems of financial management;
• Knowledge of departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures;
• Knowledge of the rules and regulations of governmental accounting budgeting;
• Must be able to work independently, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have attention to detail, motivate others, drive purposeful change, and build effective relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Has supervisory skills or train skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all persons contacted during the course of work;
• Ability to prepare accurate financial reports;
