• Inventory Management Officer

Salary and Work Hours:
• Wage: $25.50 per hour
• Hours: 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum

Work Location:
• 101 Planchet Road, Concord, ON L4K 2C6

Job Description:
• Organize, structure, implement, and lead periodic inventory counting operations.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports and manage inventory reconciliations.
• Distribute and maintain inventories and require and order materials and supplies.
• Establish work schedules and procedures for workers.
• Train workers in duties, company policies and work procedures.
• Work with other teams to ensure inventory levels of materials, supplies and products meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics teams on delivery and shipping procedures, resolve customer complaints and minimize delays.
• Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
• Maintain and monitor smooth operation of the inventory management systems and related equipment.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.

Job requirements:
• Minimum secondary school diploma is required.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of related work experience is required.
• Advanced computer skills and familiar with MS Office Suite, e.g., Excel and Word.
• An analytical mind with strong attention to details.
• Excellent organization skills and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
