Title of Position: Assistant Store Manager
Terms of Employment: Full-time year-round work
Duties:
Aro Food Factory Inc. DBA High point meat Shop is currently in need of full- time Assistant Store Manager. The qualified candidate should be able to perform the following duties:

- Manage the over all operations of the store.
- Manage the staff requirements and recruit the new staff as per the store requirement.
- Arrange necessary training for the staff with latest information and update about the products of the store.
- Prepare the work schedule for the staff.
- Maintain and monitor the store inventory.
- Generate and review the daily sales report.
- Bring new ideas to enhance the store sales.
- Handle and manage budget and expenditure for the store.
- Handle and resolve the queries & complaints.
- Perform other duties as required.
Wages: $ 35.00/hr for 40 hours a week
Location of Work: Abbotsford, British Columbia
