Description : |
Sandbox Academy is an education center that focuses on teaching children from the age of 6 to 18 year olds Stem courses such as coding and robotics. Our education center has two locations in Burnaby and Richmond. We currently run courses 7 days per week and we also offer summer camps from July to August.
The Academy is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. In this position, the qualified applicant is required to do the following.
• Create and maintain annual marketing strategies including timeline of marketing activities and key performance indicators.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns currently implemented by the academy. Propose modifications to optimize enrollment rates and academy’s industry presence.
• Develop and implement e-marketing strategies across all targeted markets, including social media strategies, advertising and promotion campaigns via Facebook, Twitter etc.
• Oversee the development of marketing and recruitment presentation materials (brochures, videos, displays and other promotional items).
• Work with other departments to optimize customer relationship management (CRM) system to support marketing and recruitment efforts
• Expand our recruitment network by develop and sign partnership agreements with local and overseas student recruitment agencies.
• Conduct comprehensive marketing analysis by research into competitor’s current programs, pricing and recruitment methods.
• Initiate market research to identify the demand of target demographics to improve the service of the academy.
• Determine and allocate budget and resources to successfully execute marketing plans.
Highlight of Qualification
• Post-secondary education is required.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position is required.
• Experience working in the education industry is preferred
• Outstanding analytical skills with a high degree of intellectual creativity.
• Strong interpersonal communication skill is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task effectively and
• Work under pressure to tight deadlines
Employment Conditions:
Annual Compensation: $60,000 Per Year
Work Hours: 30 hours per week
Work Location: Unit 3265, 4000 No. 3 Road, Richmond, BC, Canada
Term of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
