Wage: $29/hour

Job Duties:
?Carry out market research and look for trends in the construction industry.
?Identify new potential markets; develop and execute new marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
?Assist in implementation and evaluation of communication strategies and events based on marketing surveys and research.
?Participate in the planning and coordinating of events, promotions, and advertising activities.
?Gather, create, proofread, and edit material for a variety of marketing platforms, ensuring that the voice is consistent.
?Design, create and manage marketing materials, including brochures and banners.
?Assist in the management of content of channels; ensure accuracy and promptness of information posted on media, including online and offline media.
?Develop, maintain and manage partnerships with partners to continuously improve processes and brand positioning as a whole.
?Act as liaison between the company and advertising to ensure all required information is submitted accurately and on time.
?Build relationships with customers and maintain the order contact database.
?Effectively coordinate with all third-party agencies, vendors and suppliers related to project and corporate marketing activities.
?Seek proposals and arrange vendors for special events as required – caterers, florists, bands, rental equipment, etc.
?Analyze and create detailed reports to continuously evaluate and monitor performance.
?Support the management of the marketing analytic and budget, as well as ROI metrics.
?Working closely with Sales team to correlate cohesive plans of marketing ideas and selling process.

Job Qualifications
?Bachelor’s degree or higher level of education is required.
?Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in a related field is required.
?Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as meticulous attention to detail, are required.
?Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
?Deep understanding of marketing and the construction industry.
?Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
?Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
?Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
?Results-oriented with the ability to set challenging but achievable goals, maintaining focus and commitment, and meeting the desired results.
?Ability to work with changing priorities.
