Job Requirements
- Languages - English
- Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience - 5 years or more
- Security and Safety – Basic security clearance
- Transportation/Travel Information – Own transportation, Public vehicle is available

Specific Skills:
- Prepare estimates of labour and/or material cost
- Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads, Utilize quantity take-off procedures
- Monitor and adjust contract expenditures
- Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustment to cost estimates

Type of Experience:
- Architecture, Commercial and/or industrial construction, industrial construction, Residential construction

Credentials (certificate, licenses, memberships, courses, etc)
- CADD course
