To develop our business further and boost our export/import, we need a Trade expansion manager to join and grow with us.

Job Description:
Title of the position: Trade expansion manager
• Salary: $32-35/hour, 35 hours/week
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Language: English
• Company Benefits: Extended benefits including dental and medical with life insurance.
• Work location: Richmond, BC, Canada
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Vacation Time: 2 weeks / year

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in business, marketing or related field.
2. 3+ years of marketing experience. At least 2 years’ experience in managerial positions.
3. Self-motivated and good at communication both in English and Chinese.
4. Being familiar with international trade is an asset.

Job duties:
The trade expansion manager in our company is to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of our company for wholesale and retail sales.
Detailed job responsibilities:
• Maintain a healthy and stable business partnership; Integrate resources to increase order volume and transaction turnover.
• Manage sales contract negotiations and lead the sales persons in developing relationships with business clients.
• Efficiently execute the market strategy issued by the marketing manager.
• Explore, recruit, establish, and develop dealers in high-potential markets.
• Plan, manage and attend agricultural fairs and other marketing events worldwide to raise product and brand exposure.
• Draw up and carry out trade expansion plans according to market data collected, as well as troubleshooting issues aroused during the sales process, etc.
• Establish public relations with clients, suppliers and distributors. Maintain good communication, and maintain sustainable customer relationships.
