- Salary: $130,000 per year for 40 hours/week

Skill and Ability Requirements:

- Language: English
- Minimum Education: Professional Degree in Dentistry
- Minimum Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses etc.): National Dental Examining Board of Canada Certification
- Experience: 5 years or more as a dentist
- Demonstrate Ability to Supervise: 1-10 People
- Security and Safety Requirements: Criminal Record Check, Eligible for Professional Liability Insurance, Immunization Records
- Demonstrate Ability to Fulfill Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Possess effective interpersonal skills, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, the ability to distinguish between colours, ability to perform repetitive tasks, ability to work under pressure

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Examine patients’ teeth, gums and surrounding tissue
• Diagnose disease, injury and decay and plan appropriate treatment
• Restore, extract and replace diseased and decayed teeth
• Clean teeth and instruct patients on oral hygiene
• Design bridgework
• Fit dentures and provide appliances to correct abnormal position of the teeth and jaws
• Hire, train and supervise staff, including dental hygienists and dental assistants
• Write fabrication instructions or prescriptions for use by denturists and dental technicians
• Act as consultant to other dentists when required
