Education: post secondary graduation or equivalent education experience
Experience: at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in education industry or office administration working position

Personal suitability: ability to multitask, accurate, flexibility, client focus, team player and organized
Licenses: education/administration working relevant licenses will be assets.

1. Operating daily office work and assisting business managers set up office work rules
2. Receiving clients, visitors, and relevant parties’ meeting request and scheduling appointments and meetings for business managers
3. Reply business contacts by email, phone, or other communication tools
4. Providing basic business information and forwarding clients to relevant work teams
5. Communicating with clients and business relevant parties’ to submit message from business
6. Preparing business meetings needed documents/materials for management
7. Attending business meetings with clients and acting as interpret and taking records
8. Processing business documents and drafting business documents for reviewing
9. Keeping, filing, and organizing business files, uploading documents into data system
10. Translating business documents into English or Chinese versions for clients’ reviewing
11. Registering and organizing business financial documents
12. Purchasing office utilities and operating office’s bookkeeping
13. Issuing invoices and receipts to clients and communication clients for payment collections
14. Training other office staffs and distributing work tasks to staffs after being authorized
15. Assisting management to operate other office tasks.
