AspireUs Business Services Inc. is one of the leading residential and commercial cleaning services. We are looking for one Administrative Manager on a full-time and permanent basis.
Job Title: Administrative Manager (NOC 0114)
Location: 201-1405 St Paul Street, Kelowna, BC, V1Y 2E4
Hourly wage: $44/Hour for 40 hours a week
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma
Requirements:
• Completion of bachelor’s degree or college diploma
• At least 3- 5 years of work experience
• Knowledge of administrative systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Excellent time management and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Job Duties:
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and activities by scheduling work assignments and setting priorities
• Develop and expand systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency
• Recruit staff and oversee their training as needed in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Organize and manage supporting staff engaged in providing finance, sales, and other management services
• Prepare the budgets for office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and other services as required
• Maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence
• Ensure that the company meets required Government Licenses, Permits, and Renewals
