Job Description:
• Supervising the activities of cooking and serving staff in order to maintain quality standards.
• Maintaining the inventory records and ordering food materials and supplies as required.
• Training the new staff in restaurant policies and procedures.
• Preparing schedules for the employees and assigning tasks accordingly.
• Preparing daily food orders and sales reports.
• Creating and modifying the restaurant menu and suggest pricing as per the restaurant budget.
Other qualifications and attributes required:
• Education – High School
• College Program in a related field OR some experience in food service will be an asset
• Language Requirements - English
