Job description:
0925218 B.C. LTD. DBA Sussex Insurance is looking for one full time Office Manager to join their team.
Job duties:
• Analyze internal processes, recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations
• Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Prepares reports, presentations, proposals, correspondence and help the management
• Liaison between clients and insurance agents
• Tracks office supply inventory, approves supply orders and maintain office equipment’s
• To provide support to officers in all the departments when needed.
• Process and respond to complaints, queries or information requests relating to services provided by the different departments.
• Carry out any task related to administration without supervision.
• Manage the funds including incomes and expenses of the company.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school is required.
• 2 to 3 years of related experience is required.
